Immediatamente riconoscibile grazie alla magnifica forma aerodinamica, l’Albatros era un aereo da combattimento fortemente criticato dai suoi piloti a causa dei problemi strutturali dell’ala inferiore, ma nonostante tutto è stato pilotato da molti assi della Luftstreitkräfte per ottenere la maggior parte delle loro vittorie aeree.

Immediately recognizable thanks to the magnificent aerodynamic shape, the Albatros was a fighter aeroplane strongly criticized by its pilots due to the structural problems of the lower wing, but despite all it has been flew by many axes of the Luftstreitkräfte to achieve most of their aerial victories.
